Upon completion of this program, participants will be better able to:

• Recognize opportunities for practice change based on clinical practice guidelines and recent evidence
• Determine which patients would derive health benefits from treatment initiation or change
• Recommend treatment plans to prevent cardiovascular complications in people with T2DM in primary care
